Greenleaf Services, Inc. has provided general contracting and management services in the construction and landscape industry for over 30 years. CVE Verified as a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business, whose corporate offices are located in Lewes, Delaware. Greenleaf has been responsible for the performance and management of high profile projects for our national cemeteries, state and federal agencies.

The Health and Safety of every Greenleaf Services, Inc. employee, client and the general public is a priority in all daily operations. Our commitment to safety starts with a site-specific plan ensuring the project is constructed without incidents, protecting the health and safety of every individual.
Employee education and training is ongoing using monthly Health and Safety meetings, weekly tool box discussions and daily inspections of employee assigned equipment and duties. Field staff and supervisors are required to participate in the OSHA 10-hour and OSHA 30-hour training and must maintain current certifications. In addition, all our subcontractors and suppliers are also required to abide by our safety program and support a zero-accident policy.
It is the responsibility of Greenleaf Services, Inc., its employees and subcontractors to maintain a safe and efficient working environment free from the effects of alcohol and drug abuse. Therefore, Greenleaf Services, Inc. has adopted a Drug Free Workplace Policy of testing employees for pre-hire, reasonable cause, post-accident and DOT compliance.
Greenleaf Services, Inc. has operated successfully for over 30 years without incident or adverse effects to the environment and certifies that OSHA or EPA violations have never occurred in the history of the incorporation.

Greenleaf Services, Inc. has been awarded the West Parking Lot Upgrade Contract. Project includes excavating and installing approximately 110 additional parking spaces. Also provides hot-mixed asphalt, line striping and parking bumpers.
